L’orologio ROMANO è garantito contro tutti i difetti di fabbricazione per una durata di 24 mesi a partire dalla data di acquisto, alle condizioni definite qui di seguito.
Qualsiasi pezzo che presenti un difetto di fabbricazione, dopo verifica dei nostri servizi tecnici, verrà, a insindacabile giudizio di ROMANO, riparato o sostituito gratuitamente. La presentazione ad un concessionario autorizzato del certificato di garanzia, debitamente compilato, datato, timbrato e firmato da un concessionario autorizzato ROMANO, è indispensabile per usufruire delle prestazioni di garanzia.
Sono esclusi dalla garanzia ROMANO:
I difetti derivati da incidenti, trattamento inadeguato, impiego improprio o abusivo (urti, ammaccature, ecc.), da alterazioni, manipolazioni o riparazioni che non siano state eseguite da un rivenditore autorizzato ROMANO.
I cinturini, il furto e lo smarrimento.

The ROMANO watch is guaranteed against all manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months starting from the date of purchase, under the conditions defined below.
Any part that presents a manufacturing defect, after verification of our technical services, will, at the discretion of ROMANO, be repaired or replaced free of charge. The presentation to an authorized dealer of the guarantee certificate, duly filled in, dated, stamped and signed by an authorized ROMANO dealer, is essential to take advantage of the warranty services.
They are excluded from the ROMANO warranty:
Defects resulting from accidents, inadequate treatment, improper or abusive use (bumps, dents, etc.), from alterations, manipulations or repairs that have not been carried out by an authorized ROMANO dealer.
